Salon Suite rental companies are popping up all over the United States with success. Their business model is to rent small private salon studios, lofts, or suites to Independent Self Employed Salon Professionals. The difference between the old traditional salon booth rental is that you get your own private salon room around the standard size of 10’x 10’ and with booth rental you just rent a booth in a traditional open bay salon.
Salon Suite companies may refer to these rooms as suites, lofts, studios, boutiques, or mini salons. No matter what they call it. It all serves the same purpose and are similar to, but some salon suite rental companies do go a step above and offer salon marketing services to their tenants.
Some salon suite rental companies even furnish their suites with salon equipment allowing the Hair Stylist, Beautician, Make-Up Artist, Esthetician, Barber, Hairdressers, Nail Technicians, Barber or Massage Therapy to start their business on day one. Suite rental prices varies on location and size of room. My estimated living in the Washington DC area is that the rooms rental price would be in the range between $225 - $400 a week depending on the salon suite company and location you choose.
I am not affiliated with any of these Salon Suite Rental companies and my information is based off Google Analytics. I will list the top five Salon Suite Companies that are disrupting the traditional salon industry with the most monthly searches base off their popularity and growth.
